I absolutely love pork. That's probably why I love German food so much. German cuisine has an array of fantastic pork dishes to choose from. I also love crispy crackling skin, to me there is no point in a pork roast without that delicious crackling skin.

I have spent a tedious, tiresome, and arduous couple weeks, indexing
this website so I could add tags. I let the recipes become too plentiful before doing so, making the task stressful and daunting to say the least. But I am glad to be back with this easy recipe.

There are hundreds of ways to make this German Pork Roast, and I've come up with my own delicious easy recipe. Plenty of garlic brings out the flavour of the pork, orange and apple juice add even greater taste....
And then the key ingredients of caraway seeds and juniper berries, gives this pork the German flavours. It's the tastiest pork dish I've ever created. So flavourful that I could eat it week in week out. This roast is usually eaten with potato dumplings, but you can serve them with any kind of potatoes as I have done and a side of Sauerkraut.
