Whenever I make pork chops I wonder why I don't buy them more often; they are inexpensive, tasty, delicious, versatile, kids love them, adults love them and pork chops are much cheaper than steaks.
Pork Chops don't take long to cook which is another major bonus for me. Quite apart from all the virtues I've mentioned they pair well with practically any side dish. I love to serve these with gnocchi, but you can serve them with potatoes of any kind or a salad.
PORK CHOPS with
MUSTARD GRAVY RECIPE
Pork Chops Marinade
2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tbs light soy sauce, 2 tbs chives, Squeeze of lemon, 2 tbs garlic paste ,¼ cup vegetable oil, 2 DSP Dijon Mustard Marinate for at least 1 hour bake in a 180C for 20 minutes turning halfway
