TERIYAKI BEEF FILLET STEAK

I like Fillet Steak for its tenderness and minimal time required to cook. I rarely buy this cut of beef because it is often pricey, but I purchase this beautiful cut once in a while; particularly when I don't want to spend much time in the kitchen cooking.
Steakhouses are very popular in Japan; and beef is highly prized, so I came up with the idea to make a Teriyaki Steak. The Teriyaki sauce is homemade and the sauce keeps the Beef juicy and moist.
